Welcome to Soccer Blade! My name is Joel Powel, and I am thrilled to share my soccer journey with you.
From a young age, I developed a deep passion for soccer and dedicated myself to playing and coaching the sport. Starting with school teams and progressing to college, I played at various levels, including D3, D2, and D1.
Unfortunately, my playing career was abruptly halted by a severe injury. However, this setback opened up a new opportunity to explore my love for soccer through coaching. I have had the privilege of coaching teams ranging from youth to senior levels, allowing me to expand my knowledge and experience in the game continuously.
Soccer is more than just a sport to me; it is a way of life. My love and enthusiasm for the game have only grown stronger over the years. I am constantly studying and learning to enhance my understanding of the world’s most popular sport.
